What a day...
Hey everyone,
It's been a while, but that's okay. Today was a little over the top, a little hectic. I've been home from school for the last week and it's been exhausting. You would think I would be only relaxing, like sleeping in, well I have sort of. I also have my daughter here so sleeping in doesn't exist after 10am. Maddison has been out of daycare with me and goes back when I start school next week. Okay well anyways, Joshua went to school like the usual 7:30am ish. His dad drop him off so I could sleep in again and I'm like yeaaah buddy, but it wasn't enjoyable. I have been trying to get over this horrible cold from a week ago and I'm congested like no motha. I even got my preggo neighbor sick, sorry adriana. So my sinuses is killing me and then I have maddison asking for cereal over and over. Normally big brother helps her with that :( So I get up having to wash the dishes from last night. Don't you guys hate doing that, you think its a break from not doing it the night before but then you wake up and have to do it that day... So I wash the dishes to make food for just maddy and myself. Then I start cleaning up toys, fixing up beds, hanging up clean clothes, and lets not forget to feed the damn dog (love you scooby). Before I know it, time passed by and I started preparing dinner; defrosting the meat. Then I get a text from Joshua's teacher about him misbehaving again. Here I am going back and forth with the teacher trying to figure out what we can do to help minimize Joshua's behavior. A little after, I let maddison play at my next door neighbor's house. When she came back for nap time, she was dramatically yelling and crying that she was not tired. Mothers you know what's up. Finally put her down, at least I thought, 20 min later I hear her singing. I'm like "Hell No" seriously. She was fighting me all day, and she won no nap time today. Joshua comes home from school with his dad for lunch. I had made carne tacos with beans and everyone ate besides me.
OMG a pause from the story maddison just came up to me and said "look mom" she opens her mouth to show me feathers from my pillow : | lol
I just wasn't hungry. Sometimes just making dinner, the smell can fill me up! So I had to clean up after dinner, and wash the damn dishes again, ugh lol. My life. Scooby needed me to walk him, so I did that in a hurry. The mosquitos still has us indoors from all that rain. I gave the kids ice cream. Fed the dog. Now writing on my blog after what seems years later. I know that my life has become the same day to day routines so I should be use to it by now, but I am not. I hate doing the same chores everyday but if I don't do it no one will. So its whatever. Maybe I'm just complaining today because of this cold. Reality is dishes you are my life, and I hate you lol. No but seriously it has been a looong day. Well I have to go now, it is time to get these kids for shower then bed. Routines, routines...
